Anatolian Bear
Anatolian Bear hunting could not be carried out since 1997 according to the Turkish hunting laws. The hunted bears so far reached a weight up 350 kg. The whole Black Sea region, mainly Bolu and Artvin area and Mediterranean region provide a habitat for Anatolian Bear. It is expected that the future Turkish government grant licences as the number of bears have increased during the preservation time.
Wolf
The wolf, which inhabits the whole country, can only be hunted by native hunters. It is expected that the future Turkish government promotes hunting tourism for wolves as well.
